There is a Safeway in Leadville and a City Market in Buena Vista. From Twin Lakes expect a gorgeous 30 minute drive paralleling the Arkansas River. It is the same distance if you head north to PB or south to BV.
Buena Vista also has an organic grocer, Lettucehead, with a focus on natural food and produce.
